Re: hyperelliptic curve zeta function

I propose to change the name from 

  hyperellzeta()

to

  hyperellcharpoly()

since the function returns the characteristic polynomial of Frobenius,
rather that the zeta function. (hyperellfrobeniuscharpoly would be more
precise but unwieldy...)
