This is already implemented:

vide() = if(.,);
! vide() == 1
type(vide()) == "t_INT"

More seriously:

A parser feature that I find lacking is %%, %%%, ..., etc
to get more past results without entering their numbers.

It could also be an interesting project for a computer science student
to list the APL operators missing in GP/Pari, evaluate their
usefullness and suggest possible additions.
