PARI now build a shared library on Darwin 

Hello PARI-dev,

Thanks to the help of William Stein, I have commited a patch to PARI CVS
repository that enable the build of the PARI shared libraries on Darwin,
and do some invisible black magic so that there is no need to fiddle
with DYLD_LYBRARY_PATH or libtool.

Please test!

I hope I did not break anything on other plateforms.
