We try to use more explicit name for functions and documented them. gtrans_i was not documented, but shallowtrans is: \fun{GEN}{shallowtrans}{GEN x} returns the transpose of $x$, \emph{without} copying its components, i.~e.,~it returns a \kbd{GEN} whose components are (physically) the components of $x$. This is the internal function underlying \tet{gtrans}. Cheers, Bill.
