[OT]: there is no sense to use PariInit *after* use Math::Pari. There
is no sense to use Math::PariInit without arguments.
The only reason for `use PariInit' is to process arguments *before*
PARI is loaded (the standard Perl-enforced order of evaluation
of `use' makes things hard to implement otherwise).
