Try to Paste inside {}:
? { <PASTE> }

This allows GP to discard extraneous line break, which are often a problem
with copy-pasting.

Also, as far as I know, copy-paste does not work out of the box with PARI/GP
 under Windows, you need to do some Windows-tweaking. Maybe the tweaking
 limit what can be copy-pasted ??
