I _use_ PARI in library mode "out there". Since I'm getting confused by
all these gmulgs(gaddgs(... ),... ) I am using a very simple C++ interface
which does overload operators, but which does not do garbage collection,
since I want to control this by hand. (Just since you asked ...)
