RE: third release candidate for 2.7.0

1. Windows binary installer for rc3:
works fine on Vista and on 8.1.
Uninstall leaves a folder behind while protecting the gprc script.

2. A miracle happened!
The cursor which is lost while line editing on Vista reappears on
Windows 8.1! I credit Microsoft for a bug fix from Vista to 8.1.

3. One problem worth mentionning is that CTRL-C hit at the prompt
beeps with readline=1 and terminates the session with readline=0,
which differs from Pari 2.4 behaviour:
         GP/PARI CALCULATOR Version 2.4.1 (alpha)
         #   ***   user interrupt after 46 ms.
         GP/PARI CALCULATOR Version 2.7.0 (released)
         # Goodbye!
But CTRL-C does interrupt a long computation, as it should.
This session-ending cotrol character could be documented.

4. But there were absolutely no problems with old 2.4.1 scripts
using "local()" etc... Everything seems to work as is, and
the floating-point computations speed has been increased,
for example: 29 sec --> 22 sec; 25 sec --> 21 sec.

5. Will there be a 64-bit Windows version someday ?
