The file wpt is a mapleV5R5 file. It computes explicitely the functions occuring in the Weierstrass preparation theorem and apply this to compute the common zeros of two power series in two variables (in order to apply elliptic curve Chabauty's method in some cases). The file matrixW is a mapleV5R5 file. It computes the matrix of the addition of an element of order 2 on the kummer variety of hyperelliptic curves of genus 3 defined by a polynomial of degree 7 as explained in my thesis. The file matrixWr is the result of the previous computation. The file biquadratic is a mapleV5R5 file. It computes, for any given curve of genus 3 defined by a polynomial of degree 7, the biquadratic forms such that, projectively: ( Phi[i,j] ) = ( k_i(A+B) k_j(A-B) + k_i(A-B) k_j(A+B) ) The file biquadratic2 is a magma translation of biquadratic. This program allows us to compute the biquadratic forms for a general curve of genus 3 defined by a polynomial of degree 7. The file of this result is biquad.gz. Nevertheless this file is very long to read and need a lot of memory. If you only need to work with a given curve, it's better to recompute them using biquadratic.
