thanks for your supporting and create this good program "pari/gp"i also want to use conditionally upper bound algorithm written
with pari if it is possible and i want to know that is somebody wrote it before or not? can i use it? cause i know it can be used in sage but the 'pari " program is much faster. this algorithm is written assuming truth of B.S.D and G.R.H
