Re: PARI description translation in Czech

Hi Bill,

the translation is almost correct (it's understandable but slightly changing 
meaning of some statements) so I would  suggest the following modification:

PARI/GP je systÃm poÄÃtaÄovà algebry Åiroce pouÅÃvanà pro rychlÃ
vÃpoÄty v teorii ÄÃsel (prvoÄÃselnà rozklady, algebraickà teorie ÄÃsel, eliptickà kÅivky...),  obsahuje ale takà velkÃ
mnoÅstvà uÅiteÄnÃch funkcà pro prÃci s maticemi, polynomy, mocninnÃmi Åadami, algebraickÃmi ÄÃsly atd. 
V PARI/GP je kromÄ toho implementovÃno mnoho transcendentnÃch funkcÃ. 
PARI je rovnÄÅ k dispozici jako knihovna funkcà jazyka C umoÅÅujÃcà rychlejÅà vÃpoÄty.

SystÃm PARI byl pÅvodnÄ vyvinut Henri Cohenem a jeho spolupracovnÃky z  Univerzity Bordeaux I ve Francii, 
nynà je ÅÃÅen pod licencà GPL a spravovÃn
Karimem Belabasem za pomoci mnoha dalÅÃch pÅispÄvatelÅ.
