elldata package minor update

Hello PARI users,

I have updated the optionnal PARI package elldata to the 
latest version of J. E. Cremona Elliptic Curve Data

This is a minor update which changes the numbering of curves in a small number (49)
of isogenies classes. Only conductors larger that 130000 are affected.

This package contains elliptic curves defined over the rationals representing
all isogeny classes for all conductor at most 230000. Theses data are needed by
ellsearch and ellidentify and require PARI/GP 2.2.11 and up.
