New elldata package update (conductor up to 220000)

Hello PARI users,

This month, elldata is reaching conductor 220000.

I have updated the optionnal PARI package elldata to the 
latest version of J. E. Cremona Elliptic Curve Data
<http://www.warwick.ac.uk/staff/J.E.Cremona/ftp/data/INDEX.html>

This package contains elliptic curves defined over the rationals representing
all isogeny classes for all conductor at most 220000. Theses data are needed by
ellsearch and ellidentify and require PARI/GP 2.2.11 and up.

The package can be downloaded from
