Hello Pierre,
This bug is recorded as bug #368 in our bug tracking system
(<http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/Bugs>)

There is no fix available, however my understanding is that there are 
far better algorithms to compute special values of Dedekind zeta
functions.
