Does anyone know of a newsgroup or mailing list of number theory enthusiasts
who would have the patience to answer a beginner's questions?  I am trying
to work through Serre's A Course in Arithmetic by private study; I am not on
a course.  I have A levels in maths but no higher education in the subject.
