As Igor pointed out the first bug has been patched.
For the second,

I just tried it on 2.0.9 that I have lying around: broken even back then...

In fact this is probably easy to fix, it looks like the flag is just being  
ignored (up to discriminant 400 flag 1 gives the same as no flag).
