Thanks, but PARI is not using FLTK_CXXFLAGS when actually compiling plotfltk.c,
so I do not see how this patch is useful ?

You probably need to change in config/Makefile.SH the lines
fltk)
  PLOTCFLAGS=
to add FLTK_CXXFLAGS
