Both are public documented GP modules (functions_highlevel being the
third one). The idea was to allow interfaces to load a subset of GP
functions, cf section 5.1.3 in libpari.dvi
keyword_list[] is a separate issue which should never have been
made public in the first place; it was static to gp, then moved to
libpari and had to be made public since the readline completion
mechanism needed to access it. Once Jeroen's readline interface
patch is applied, I'll clean up.
