The documentation says

  "as FpX_ffisom"

which is (I think) accurate. Almost all Flx_* function derive from an
FpX_* function, and behave similarly but for the fact that they take
Flx arguments rather than FpX. Most of them are (minimally but IMHO
accurately) documented in the same way. :-)

N.B. Same for FqX, FpXQ, Flxq, etc. lots of variants behaving in similar
ways but for their argument types; usually only one of them is documented
in depth and the other just quickly refer to that one. (Polymorphism is
not the strong point of the C language, unfortunately...)
