Preparation for stable update PARI 2.5.2 

Dear PARI developers,

I am preparing a new stable update (PARI 2.5.2).

If you have problems that you would like to see adressed which are not fixed in 
the GIT branch pari-2.5, please tell us.

This release will fix the compilation problem with gcc 4.7
