PARI mailing list migrated to pari host

Dear PARI developers,

This is an advance notice before a more formal announcement, which also
serves as a test of the mailing list setup.

We are moving the PARI mailing lists to the pari host.

The lists of submitters is preserved, so you do not have to resubscribe
if you were already subscribed. However you need to note the new unsubscription
address.

The lists are

    * pari-dev (development, high traffic)
    * pari-users (everything else, moderate traffic)
    * pari-commit: this list receives notification of code commited to the PARI SVN
repository (read-only)
    * pari-bugs: this list receives copy of bugs report and follow-up sent to the
PARI bug tracking system (read-only)
