compiling dll under MSVC 

Dear all,
I am trying to compile a PARI into the DLL library under Microsoft Visual
C++ (6 or 2008). I've just managed to compile the sources into the working
calculator (exe file) but it is not what I've wanted. I do not want to use
Cygwin, I need to produce example program (.exe) that would use PARI dll
library.

Does anyone could help or maybe have ready-to-use/tested DLL file?
