GP2C 0.0.4pl2 released 

Hello PARI-dev,

I have uploaded a new version of gp2c that fix two problems:
1) the test-suite reported a spurious error with pari 2.2.11
2) gp2c-run was no more accepting filenames that include a '/'.

The plan is for the next release to add support for break(n) and next(n)
when n>=2 is a constant (only n=1 is supported currently).
