elldata database version 2

Hello PARI-dev,

John Cremona has greatly extended his elliptic curves database during
the summer, so much that he need to handle conductors with dozens
of isogeny classes, so he has changed the name of isogeny classes: 
they are now lower-case the ordering is as below:
a,b,...,y,z,ba,bb,bc,...,bz,ca,cb,cc,...,

So I have simultaneously:
1) updated the elldata package include the new database and
2) changed PARI elldata reading code to handle the new naming.

So if you need to update both at once. PARI will not support the
old naming anymore (it has never been included in a release).

This new package include all curves of conductor < 120000.
