There are several problems with the gp2c description that were not
updated to match the new interfaces.  In particular _badtype use
checkell and checkbell which are no more public.

Also I suspect randomi to be broken in 64 bit, and probably
examples/Makefile to miss a DLCFLAGS somewhere.

Unfortunately I won't have much internet connection until monday.
