It is documented (in 2.2.8, CHANGES-1.951 at least) :
(11:01) gp > ??divisors
divisors(x):
creates a row vector whose components are the positive divisors of the
integer x in increasing order. The factorization of x (as output by factor) can
be used instead.
The library syntax is divisors(x).
