Cleaning the code before the stable release. 

Hello PARI-dev,

Since we are targetting a stable release of PARI, I will 
start to clean the code. Specifically I will remove code
that:

1) Was not in PARI 2.1
2) Is broken
3) Pollute the library.

Also, given that the GMP kernel is more than 1 year old, I will
consider code that do no support it still to be broken.
