Ooops. Sorry, I have further simplified this in the meantime. Replace 2) by
2) add 'xxx' to the 'test_extra' variable in config/get_tests
All these show up as "extra tests" when you type 'make' without arguments
from the toplevel directory.
Side-effect: make test-graphic is gone, it is replaced by test-ploth for
consistency (that's the true name of the test input file).
