Well, for instance, run one usage example of every gp function with
\o3 on.  This is actually a current TODO item by itself:

4  add examples for all functions in Chapter 3

Here's another way which is readily available:

% foreach i ( pari/src/test/in/[a-z]* )
foreach> (echo "\o3";cat $i)|gp -q
foreach> end

picks up the problem I reported right away.
