[PARI] correct way to cite PARI/GP ? 

Dear All,

I've seen at least once on the list this question, but couldn't find the
anwser;

What is the correct way to cite the PARI/GP package in the biblio of a
paper ?

could it be added somewhere in the doc, for instance in the appendix A at
the end of 0.4 where the "PARI Community" is mentionned ?
