Running the function factorint(2^521+2^3-1) this
function appears to hang. This was discovered by setting debug to 4 and
watching the sequence of operations. A photo is attached showing
this. When dsn reaches 72 it never increases -- just repeats.
An unrelated problem is that when running either
version on my laptop under Windows 7 (Intel Core I5), it is indicated to be a 32
bit version. I expected a 64 bit version. I'm confused!
