I've got the above error while I was trying to run the executable file like ./a.exe after running a c program written using Pari library in cygwin64 and gcc compiler. 

Moreover, I've also got following error also while trying to run one runnable c program with another file name only. 

 ***   bug in PARI/GP (Segmentation Fault), please report.
