There is no immediate benefit, at least as long as you are willing to
verify regularly that the files in src/test/32 match what 32-bit PARI
actually produces when running the tests. But if you ever want to
reduce your workload by only testing 64-bit code (which might be a
sensible thing to do at some point in the future) then you probably
should do something like this.
