New nflistdata package 

Dear PARI users,

I have update the nflistdata package to be compatible with the new format
used by PARI 2.14 commit 59b8f274da920c66a4d9621f651ec361f8549ea9
This new format is more extensible and more efficient.

So if you are using PARI 2.14, please upgrade nflistdata.

You can check everything is fine with
make test-nflistA5
