New PARI stable release 2.3.5


Dear PARI-lovers,

PARI/GP 2.3.5 (stable) has just been released.
This is a bugfix-only release the the stable branch 2.3.
It is available for download at
<http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/download.html>
as usual.

Thanks to all the testers of the prereleases.

Unfortunately, we do not have the resource to provide a Windows binary for this
release.
