Not really.

No. polsubcyclo(n,d) could return the list of all d-th degree subfields of
the n-th cyclotomic field. Right now, you can easily do it by specifying the
field more precisely (which d-th degree subfield(s) do I want?) and computing
compositums. A general function returning the complete list will be slower.
