bug of t_POLMOD ?

Don't work as I expected.

Example)

? A=Mod(Mod(1, 2)*X, Mod(1, 2)*X^3 + Mod(1, 2)*X + Mod(1, 2))
%1 = Mod(Mod(1, 2)*X, Mod(1, 2)*X^3 + Mod(1, 2)*X + Mod(1, 2))
? A^0
%2 = Mod(1, Mod(1, 2)*X^3 + Mod(1, 2)*X + Mod(1, 2))
? A^0+A^0
%3 = Mod(2, Mod(1, 2)*X^3 + Mod(1, 2)*X + Mod(1, 2))
