Use the script gpflog (in /usr/share/doc/pari-gp/misc/gpflog on your
system) to remove them from the log.

If you want to upgrade, since you are using zetakinit, I suggest you
try our development snapshot 
http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/pub/pari/snapshots/
and use the new lfun() function, which is much more reliable
than zetakinit/zetak.
