Btw, here's a reference:

(19:41) gp > ??nfinit
nfinit(pol,{flag = 0}):
   The special input format [x,B] is also accepted where x is
a polynomial as above and B is the integer basis, as would be
computed by nfbasis.  This can be useful if the integer basis
is known in advance.
