Actually, this doesn't work: as soon as the output doesn't fit on one line,
the escape sequence length is taken into acount and things are translated.
I checked \[h]phantom, but since tex2mail simply discards the box in that
case, it simply strips the escape sequences away...

Is there any way to output boxes of 0 horizontal width ? (I guess not...).
Would it be a big hassle to add that ?
